Owner Janan Bejaige is a renaissance woman of fitness, with a thorough professional background, well-rounded formal education, and decades of practice as an educator, trainer, and mentor. Janan’s profound passion and vast experience has empowered her with the deep understanding and the know-how to guide you to sustainable success.
Janan is a longtime PDX resident gifted with the Pacific Northwest perspective. She has found marvelous success and risen to the top of her profession by skillfully communicating with clients, respecting their individuality, and guiding them to maneuver their success by her offering of education and empowerment with each distinct session, be it physical activity, nutritional therapy, mentoring, or any combination thereof.

Janan Bejaige is certified Nutritional Therapist and ACSM Personal Trainer. She is also an FMS Movement Specialist, CHEK Institute Holistic Lifestyle Coach, USAW Sports Performance Coach and a member of the Weston A. Price Foundation on Nutrition and Metabolism Society. She’s currently working toward certifications for Precision Nutrition for Fitness Professionals.
