We don't all yell at people. That happens in the media. Your trainer is your coach, she is there to support you and help you reach your goals. It is so important to build a trusting a relationship based on open, honest dialog. No one should be made to feel bad about themselves when they are giving their best.

I have a holistic approach that aims to create the perfect state of health where the body, mind and emotions work together in harmony to achieve enduring fitness and total well-being.  My integrative approach to health, fitness, and lifestyle coaching. Real health is more than number on a scale. My technique encompasses safe fitness programs, appropriate progressions and movement modifications, real, whole food nutrition counseling and realistic actions steps to bring balance and help you create a sustainable, thriving lifestyle.


Personal Training and Ongoing Education

Every session is an individualized experience created from your customized workout plan. You will sweat. This dynamic and effective training will influence and empower you as you increase your strength, power, balance, agility, aerobic capacity, and build a strong, more lean body.

Your fitness journey will include occasional progress assessments, approximately once every ten sessions. This is how we ensure that your program evolves in partnership with your progress. This assessment will inform the evolution of your fitness program.

You will learn how to strength train safely and with proper form which are skills for lifelong fitness. We will train to increase your strength and endurance by using dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, body weight and more. You will be able to walk into any gym or fitness center and know not only how to use all of the equipment but you will do it with great form and efficiency.
