Buddy Training


This is an affordable option for two people who share common training goals. Spend quality time with a friend during an intense, enriching workout designed to advance both of your individual abilities in strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance, coordination, and flexibility.

Working out with a partner translates to a serious boost in motivation and accountability. We offer partner training to any two people who want to find and destroy their limits together; enter your fitness journey with someone and we’ll partner you both with a highly-experienced trainer who will guide you through your entire personal training experience.

Semi-Private Training


Small groups of 3-4 people sessions are an effective, economical way for people looking to get in shape, feel great, and reap the many benefits of living a healthy lifestyle. Bring your group together for specific training goals to meet once or twice a week. Each 55 minute workout will develop your strength, core, agility, and power using multi joint, compound exercises. That’s why we offer our weekly Boot Camp; a high-energy, thoroughly challenging, invigorating, whole-body muscle and cardio class. Boot Camp offers the rare opportunity to do it all at once; burn calories, build strength, and enhance your cardiovascular fitness. It’s like a coming to a party but with exercise and it will make you feel like a total badass.

REBEL HEALTH NW Group Fitness Classes are a great way to challenge your body and reach your fitness goals in an enthusiastic team setting with a workout designed to be appropriately challenging for all fitness levels. Boot Camp focuses on speed, agility, power, strength, and endurance by utilizing conditioning circuits, plyometric drills, resistance training, and cardio intervals

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a session with at least 24 hours notice, at no charge. If a session is cancelled within 24 hours of the start of the session, you will be charged for that session. Cancellations need to be initiated by contacting your instructor directly.
